Panky Rang Productions believes that everyone, from backstage to the back row, is worthy of autonomy and safety.
We have been hard at work developing a proactive approach to safety with an emphasis on how to identify and appropriately respond to sexual harassment. Our efforts include:
- Implementation of a company-wide anti-harassment policy for instances of sexual harassment, assault, and gender based discrimination.
- Participation in Four 4 Consent`s Upstander Intervention training.
- The creation of an in-crowd safety team as an addition to traditional event security.
This is only the beginning of our journey towards more equitable and safe concert experiences. Our plans include:
- Audience surveys to determine what issues are important to you.
- Educational workshops.
- Counseling/therapy opportunities for our team members.
- Financial compensation and advanced training for our Safety Team Coordinator to ensure the highest level of fan and staff safety.
Want to be a part of the movement? Donate to our Someplace Safe program, apply to volunteer with our Someplace Safe[ty] Team, or fill out Four 4 Consent’s survey to help gather data on violence in nightlife.
Please locate any of our team members if you are ever in need of someone or Someplace Safe while at a Panky Rang event. If we can’t help you, we will locate someone who can.
If you are an organization interested in providing training/education for your team or events, contact our prevention consultant—Four 4 Consent.
If anyone would like to speak to a confidential resource to process an experience of sexual violence, harassment, trafficking, or domestic violence at a concert or within the nightlife, entertainment and gaming environment, please reach out to survivor@four4consent.org to have direct access to a confidential nationally credentialed victim advocate.
This support line includes, but is not limited to, experiences with Panky Rang staff and/or volunteers and other partnerships. If you are wishing to report and not have a follow-up from a confidential victim advocate at Four 4 Consent, please consider using an anonymous email address.
Four 4 Consent is able to provide resources and referrals to outside assistance, or direct processing (via advocacy) if you so self determine it to be in your best interest. If you would NOT like to reach out to Four 4 Consent for another referral, AND are wishing to gain access to support elsewhere, the National Sexual Assault Hotline is available at RAINN.

Informed consent is at the groundwork of all things Four 4 Consent does and to honor such, we are sharing the following limitations surrounding their policies (additionally available through contacting them). Everything you and your advocate talk about is considered confidential with the exceptions of:
- You are planning to harm yourself
- You are planning to harm someone else
- You disclose a child being abused
- You disclose a disabled and dependent person being abused
- You disclose an elderly person being abused
If any of the above comes up a victim/survivor and their advocate would talk about it depending on the situation they may have to get support to make sure everyone involved is ok.
Advocate privilege varies from state to state and reference a guide is available at: https://bit.ly/advocate-priviledge
